1. Roadways are reliable and well operated with minimal lane closures.

2. When roadway lanes are closed due to unavoidable incidents, TDOT and other emergency agencies provide safe, quick response and clear roads as soon as possible.

3. TDOT HELP Programs in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville provide good incident clearance and motorist assistance to minimize congestion.

4. TDOT adequately informs motorists of road closures due to major highway incidents through appropriate traffic control, signage, message boards, Tennessee 511, and TDOT's website.

5. TDOT HELP program staff and other TDOT incident management and operations staff are courteous and professional.

6. I feel safe on Tennessee roadways, even during periods of major highway incidents.

7. Overall, I am satisfied with TDOT's handling of major highway incidents and how TDOT operates Tennessee's highways.
